Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, such as name, email address, authentication provider, workspace membership, support messages, and billing details when paid plans are enabled.
Dopax Desktop may process local workspace paths, room settings, agent configuration, logs, and files you intentionally provide to agents. Local files remain on your device unless you upload, send, or otherwise choose to share them.
How we use information
- To provide account access, downloads, updates, and support.
- To operate agent rooms, approvals, scheduled tasks, and workspace configuration.
- To process payments, invoices, refunds, and subscription status through our payment processor.
- To protect the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot reliability issues.
Payments
Payment information is handled by our payment processor. Dopax does not store full card numbers. The processor may collect payment method, billing address, tax, fraud prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy terms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers needed for hosting, authentication, support, analytics, payment processing, legal compliance, and security.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide Dopax, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. You can request deletion by contacting privacy@dopax.io.
Security
Dopax uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data. No online service or desktop software can guarantee perfect security, so you should not connect highly sensitive files or credentials to agents unless you understand the configured permissions.
