Refunds & cancellation

Digital delivery
Dopax is digital desktop software. Access is delivered through account approval, download links, and software updates. There is no physical shipping.

Dopax Preview is currently offered at no charge. If no payment has been collected, there is no refund to process.
Paid subscriptions
When paid subscriptions are enabled, billing will be processed through our payment processor. You can cancel a subscription before renewal by contacting billing support. If a self-service billing portal is enabled, you can also manage cancellation there. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
Refund requests
For paid plans, refund requests should be sent within 14 days of the original charge. We review requests based on account usage, duplicate charges, billing errors, and service availability. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank or card issuer.
Non-refundable items
- Fees for billing periods that have already been fully used.
- Custom onboarding, migration, or professional service work already delivered.
- Charges caused by failure to cancel before renewal, unless required by applicable law.
